Ilios Live Events IKE
Company Overview
Ilios Live Events plans and delivers conferences and brand activations for corporate clients across Athens, handling everything from venue sourcing and supplier contracts to the on-site technical crew running sound, lighting and staging on the day. Founded in 2016, the agency has grown from a two-person outfit into a team that now runs upward of 45 events a year.
Recent work ranges from a 600-delegate pharmaceutical conference at a downtown congress centre to product launches and brand activations for retail clients around the city. The team draws on a rotating pool of freelance crew for load-in and teardown, and keeps a short list of trusted venues and AV suppliers it returns to season after season.
